The universe loves cycles, and my fifty millimetre The universe loves cycles, and my fifty millimetre lens always reminds me of these infinite loops— gives and takes, details and blurs, blacks and whites. Yin and yang.

Today, my Fiddy has passed, and just like its previous two predecessors in the past 10 years, it saved my camera from a huge blow and perished from the impact.

The cycle continues—this plastic and glass object will go to a landfill, and a new (4th one) will join my gear, but still, there was something special about Fiddy the 3rd that Ill never forget.

Most of the pictures I have taken for insta came from this little pancake of a lens, so you should be sad too.

Good night sweet prince.
